•Feasibility Study for the Town of Windsor, Vermont. Work included documentation, code and structural review, and adaptive re-use scenarios for three historic downtown buildings, as well as coordination of a team of consultants. This team included Land•Works from Middlebury, David G. White & Associates from Burlington, and Jack Anderson of Woodstock. Public participation was central to the study and included a Community Design Charrette. Historic preservation and economic development were among the critical issues addressed in the study.
