Feasibility review, site design, architectural services, space planning and fit-up for a fast-track renovation of 22,000 SF of space in an existing building for Logic Associates, now efi. We had been involved with several projects for Logic over almost a decade, ranging from space planning and systems furniture layouts to studying a variety of expansion scenarios for their Wilder, Vermont base. When this growing software company finally made the decision to buy the former Tally Systems building on the Etna Road in Lebanon, we were able to use our long-standing familiarity with the specific needs and culture of their company to help them test the feasibility of fitting their operations into an existing space, and ultimately re-shape the building to meet their needs. Schedule and budget were driving factors in the project. With close collaboration between the Owner, Ingram Brothers Construction, and the design team, we were able to meet their schedule and come in under their budget. SVA also guided the project through the local approval process.
