Status: Completed Summer 2002.
This new farmhouse was designed for a couple retiring from city life into the quiet of the Vermont countryside. Rich colors throughout the interior create a warm, cozy feel in the spaces. The unpainted fir interior of the windows enhance the colors and add to the overall feeling of the interior. The exterior remains true to the farmhouse vernacular of the massing, using traditional pale, creamy yellows.
